President
The President provides leadership for USWSU officers and elected representatives and is the main ambassador and external spokesperson for the Students' Union. The role includes working with senior members of University of South Wales, local government staff and officers, local MP's and other external stakeholders.

Vice President for Activities
The Vice President Activities promotes participation in activities, volunteering, and sport at USWSU, working closely with USWSU’s part time officers for sport and societies and staff to ensure sport and activity groups are accessible to students. The Vice President Activities champions the promotion of opportunities to develop skills through USWSU.

Vice President for Education
The Vice President Education takes the lead on working to improve the educational quality and academic experience at University of South Wales, based on student feedback through Student Voice Reps, Academic Course Reps, School Forums, the National Student Survey (NSS) and nationally initiated education campaigns. The VP Education also provides the key link between elected student academic representatives, and University staff, including the Academic Registrar and Heads of Subject

Chair of SVF
The Chair of Student Voice Forum provides leadership to the Student Voice Forum and is its main ambassador. The role includes leading Student Voice Representatives to ensure that the student voice is strategically represented across the university. The Chair is a voting member of the Union’s Executive Committee and attends the University’s Learning and Teaching Enhancement Committee (LTEC).

Student Trustee (3 places)
Student Trustees must have an interest in the running of the Students’ Union, for the benefit of fellow students and some understanding of the running of a member-led organisation. Whilst the positions are voluntary, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about management and strategy, have the opportunity to work with a diverse body of people and gain an insight into the workings of a multi-faceted operation.
