Welcome to the USW Music Society! We are a place for people who have a passion for music to socialise and perform with each other; everyone is welcome to join, regardless of musical ability.
USW Music Society was created as a place for people who have a passion for music to socialise and perform with each other. Our members have musical skills ranging from beginner to advanced: everyone is able to join, and all skills, musical knowledge, tastes and instruments are welcome!
We have two groups that meet weekly in the Student's Union building on the Treforest campus:

Our sessions are running throughout the year, starting on Monday 22nd of September 2025, and once a term we host a live music night at Coalhouse along with an open mic every other Friday. We have our own drum kit, microphone, guitar amp, and several instruments that are open for anyone to use.
