Emilie Tapping is a UK student union leader and charity executive, currently Deputy CEO at NUS Charity with extensive experience in higher‑education leadership.

Michael is the current President of the Students' Union having completed his Msc in Pharamaceutical Sciences. Michael is keen to improve awareness and transparency with student voice

Meraz is na University of South Wales MBA Global graduate and Students’ Union Vice President Education, representing student voice, supporting academic issues, and contributing to leadership and governance.

Razifa is a University of South Wales MBA Global graduate and is currently serving as the Students’ Union Vice President Welfare, focused on student wellbeing, representation, and advocating for inclusive support and services

Amy has taken up the role of Activities VP after completing their BSc in Mathematics and MSc in Finance and Investment. They have previously worked in the SU Bar at Treforest and has been the secretary of the Lacrosse Club.

Richard is a UK barrister at Rowchester Chambers and charity leader, recognised with an MBE for work supporting people with learning difficulties.

Katrina Cookson is a strategic commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience across the public and private sectors. She currently works at the University of South Wales, where she leads events, B2B Marketing, alumni engagement and commercial partnerships.Katrina brings expertise in governance, income generation and stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about people-centred leadership and creating long-term, sustainable impact.
