We are aware that students are having difficulties registering a new account on our site. We are working hard to resolve this is, in the meantime you are able to create a Native account to purchase event tickets.
We are aware that there is currently an issue on our site, where new students are unable to register an account - this may come up with an error that says your student ID is not recognised.
Our system is currently unable to recognise certain ID numbers and that includes the student numbers of those who have recently enrolled. This means that our system is unable to recognise your details. We are working hard to try and get this resolved as soon as possible.
Don't worry, you are still able to purchase tickets - just make sure you complete the following steps:
- Visit the events tab or uswsu.native.fm
- Click login/signup on the menu
- Click continue with email
- And then, you will be able to sign up and purchase your tickets!
