Sabbatical Officers

Full-time Sabbatical Officers are USW students that have taken a year out of their studies or have recently graduated and are responsible for making high-level decisions for the Students’ Union. They are annually elected and work a full academic year supporting activities, running campaigns and making sure your student voice is heard at the highest level.

 

 

 

Part-time Officers

Part-time Officers represent students alongside their studies. They represent a particualr student demographic and ensure that the interests of thier demographic are represented in the Union. They do this through running their own mini-project, as well as sitting on the SU Officer Advisory Board, with responsibility for directing and holding the Full-time officers accountable. 

 

 

 

 

Student Voice Representatives (SVRs) 

Student Voice Representatives are part-time officers who represent the student voice academically. They represent a faculty and attend academic committee meetings in the University to ensure that decisions made by the University is influenced by student voice. There are 4 postions per faculty.
