Student Rep Complaints
If you think that your Course Rep or SVR is not representing you or your cohort efficiently, please let us know. All you need to do is email SUStudentVoice@southwales.ac.uk detailing your concerns and we will look into the matter. We will check if they have attended training and are fulfilling their responsibilities adequately, and we will get in touch with you shortly.
Both students and Course Leaders may use the Complaints procedure to report an inefficient Representative and the Student Voice Team will provide more one-to-one support where possible.
N.B This will not guarantee that the Rep is removed from the position, instead, it will inform the Student Voice Team and that they need to review the students work as a Rep.
