Glamorgan Student Letting - Casual Staff
The suitable candidates will be required to carry out viewings, interim inspections, dealing with both landlords and tenants on the phone and in the office, negotiating and agreeing contract terms, rent chasing, arranging maintenance and general office administration.
Hours will be dictated by the business so cannot be guaranteed but are likely to be throughout the term and can be relatively flexible. There is also a possibility of work throughout the next academic year for successful candidates.
